Content Wizard AI Brand Ambassador Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

Welcome to the Content Wizard AI Brand Ambassador Affiliate Program! These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in our affiliate program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

- "Affiliate" refers to an individual or entity who participates in the Program.
- "Content Wizard AI" or "we" refers to the Content Wizard AI service provider.
- "Subscriber" refers to a customer who purchases a Standard Professional or Business Professional subscription plan from Content Wizard AI.
- "Commission" refers to the payment earned by the Affiliate for successful referrals.

3. Enrollment in the Program

3.1. To become an Affiliate, you must apply and be approved by Content Wizard AI. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

3.2. If approved, you will receive access to the Program's promotional materials and unique tracking links.

4. Commission Structure

4.1. For each new Subscriber referred by the Affiliate, the Affiliate will receive a commission equal to 100% of the first month's subscription fee. This commission applies to Standard Professional and Business Professional subscription plans only.

4.2. The commission is paid out in 60-day increments, provided that the referred Subscriber maintains an active subscription for more than 60 days.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

5.1. Affiliates are responsible for promoting Content Wizard AI in a lawful and ethical manner.

5.2. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, anti-spam laws and consumer protection laws.

5.3. Affiliates shall not engage in any deceptive or misleading advertising practices or misrepresent Content Wizard AI in any way.

6. Payment and Payouts

6.1. Commission payments will be made via [Payment Method], and Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

6.2. Payouts will occur on a [Monthly/Quarterly] basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of [Threshold Amount]. If the commission earned does not meet the threshold, it will be carried over to the next payout period until the threshold is met.

6.3. Payments will be made within [Number] days following the end of each payout period.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

7.2. Content Wizard AI reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program at its sole discretion if the Affiliate breaches any terms of this Agreement or engages in conduct that is detrimental to Content Wizard AI's brand or reputation.

8. Modifications

Content Wizard AI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

9.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.3. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
